Steampunk Maverick Holster Mark II with belt

(Sorry about my outfit in the pix, they were meant for the customer only, but he has yet to send pix of himself in it, which I wanted to post.)

This Belt and holster combination was a Custom piece I did a bit back for customer putting togeather a "Steampunk Time traveler" Costume for a Con and subsequent Steampunk Ball.
It is made from full grain leather, with brass hardware, and Greeblies. The Half-liner in the holster is of red velvet, and the holster was made a bit loose to protect the gun. Pouches are Riveted and unlined, and close on snap posts.

When doing custom work, I ask only the bare minimum for inspiration, and MUST have artistic license to make the piece as I see fit.

I only asked the customer for measurements, what kind of character he was going for, and if he wanted pouches, etc.
The only real specification he gave me was that he wanted a modular look, more like something he found in a shop somewhen, instead of a custom tailored piece.
I then sent him a quote, and 3 weeks later, we have this piece. He was Quite Happy with it.
