SteamPunk Pump Bracelet
This Bracelet is an One of a kind, Handcrafted, Found object/Leather Sculpture. The "Pump" Mechanism is built with a mix of Antique clock, electronics, and other misc. Brass copper, plastic and rubber parts. The whole assembly is mounted to a lightly tooled leather bracelet that was Dyed a Rich Oxblood Burgundy color, with Black edges. The Brass Buckles are attached to the bracelet with two Antique brown Colored leather straps, and secured with Brass Rivets. Fits Approx. 4" to 9" around While this Piece is completely non-functioning, and for costume/fashion purposes only, I did try to make it look Functional, even to the point of allowing the "Pump" to move. You can slide the actuator out, and the spring will pull it back in when you let go. But What Is It? I haven't got a Clue! It could be a Sprayer of some sort, or possibly an injector, or a Zeppelin Fuel tester. More pix here |
